[담당업무]

Curriculum Development

-    Develop curricula, materials, hands-on scenarios, and assessment criteria for each audience: surgeons, OR nurses, distributors, and internal staff

-    Design staged completion standards and proficiency assessment methods

-    Maintain product accuracy across training content and revise materials as the product changes

Training Delivery

-    Deliver product training and hands-on sessions to surgeons and surgical teams

-    Run distributor training and onboarding programs for new internal hires

-    Record and manage training completion status and proficiency assessment results

-    Identify candidates for retraining and deliver remedial sessions

Field Integration

-    Partner with Clinical Sales to verify training completion ahead of first cases and coordinate scheduling

-    Support the development of in-house trainers within surgical teams so accounts can train independently

-    Align with the Field Service organization on technical training

-    Incorporate Marketing product content into the training curriculum

[자격요건]

-    Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device product training, clinical education, clinical support, or a related training function

-    Demonstrated experience designing and running curricula, materials, hands-on practice, and assessment against defined learning objectives

-    Understanding of the OR environment and medical device workflow, with the ability to pitch technical content to the audience's level

-    Ability to deliver training and demonstrations to clinicians and internal staff

-    Ability to travel to hospitals and training venues, and to maintain structured training records

[우대사항]

-    Training experience with surgical robotics or laparoscopic technologies, or operating room clinical background

-    Experience developing train-the-trainer programs or staged practical and competency assessment frameworks

-    Experience running a training center or simulation-based education

-    Digital training content development, or ability to deliver training in English

 

[근무조건]

• 근무형태: 정규직 (수습기간 3개월)
• 근무시간: 주 5일(월~금) 10:00~19:00
• 근무지: 리브스메드 본사

 

[진행절차]

• 서류 전형 → 1차 실무 인터뷰 → 역량검사  → 2차 컬처핏 인터뷰 → 최종합격
• 진행 절차는 상황에 따라 인터뷰 순서가 변경되거나 추가 인터뷰가 발생하는 등 유동적으로 조정될 수 있으니, 이 점 양해 부탁드립니다
